Complete in many ways. From the scented hallways leading to one's room to the condiments and the ammenities offered in the room. The sports centre was exceptionally good as was the buffet breakfast. Room service was prompt and very well presented as was the decor and furbishing of the rooms.
First class hotel with exceptionally gracious staff and attention to one's every demands. I had a wonderful time and would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone.

I had the chance to stay at this hotel recently as it is new to Starwood family so thought I would give it a go.
It had a grand lobby, some great restaurants which seemed very popular with the locals, and the room was spacious and clean, with good views. The location worked well for me, not to far from the sky train and Lumpini night market for some shopping and entertainment in the evenings.
I will come back again with my wife for a holiday so she can try out the Spa.

I and my wife went to this hotel last year.
We did have a wonderful time there. With the superb room, nice and neat with the Thai ambience. Their staff and services were exceptional. They made me feel at home.
Moreover, their pool is so stunning, somehow like resort hotel in the city.
I and my wife absolutely come back again for our next trip to Bangkok.

They have incredible service, and a fantastic location just 5 minutes from Ploenchit Sky Train station, free wireless internet the Club lounge on the 26th floor with views over Bangkok. We loved the Thai designed swimming pool and the French restaurant Reflections which I just found out won best French rest in BKK. It was an amazing stay!
