59 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel is a jewel! The service is first class, the staff so accommodating and eager to please!
The Brigantine restaurant, unfortunately, has not had sufficient press as yet, but it is a romantic and beautiful place for a delicious dinner. We had dinner there on our last evening in town, and loved the live trio playing all evening, as well.
I have been to this hotel three times. I complained the first time because they did not have sufficient internet access. When I returned, they took me on a tour to show me the new internet access! When they ask if there is something more they can do to make your trip more special, they mean it.
The accommodations themselves are very comfortable and more than spacious as compared to others where we have stayed.
The pool is lovely and kept very clean. There are several pools so the various ages can congregate as they desire.
I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I complained about the air conditioning sticking, and within an hour I had a new thermostat!
I don't know how you beat that for service, but I'm not going to try: I'm going back as soon as I can find a way to get there!
I'm giving it a 9 of 10, only because you cannot really swim on the beach due to the steep drop off. However, we found some great swimming beaches nearby as well, thanks to some advice from the concierge.
