Hampton had everything that I needed. It had delivery available to our door. There were clean and quiet rooms with all the accommodations needed, and there was a wonderful complimentary breakfast in the morning for on-the-go travelers. It was also easy to get to and near gas and food locations.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hampton Inn & Suites Fredericksburg South.
I might recommend it to friends.

This was a nice new hotel, but the builders and designers had not considered the sound effects from the wind on the upper floors. We were kept up at night by the constant wind tunnel noise. Also, there was insufficient desk coverage the night we arrived. Only one person was on duty to serve a line of people that reached the lobby doors. Later, no one answered the phone when we called down to the desk for promised towels that never arrived. We had to go down and search them out ourselves. If we stay at Hampton Inn next year, I will choose another location.
