The location and cleanliness were very good. The food was not. I have had better breakfasts at the Comfort Inn. The cookies served at night are very high in tranfat, fat and calories (Otis Spudmeyer). The wine and cheese was a joke. You had 2/3

I have nothing bad to say about The Planters Inn! Very helpful, friendly, and the facility is beautiful, rooms are great, I can go on and on. I had a bad experience just previously in Charleston at a B and B and this made up for it completely. I...
Ok the location is great..Pink House is right next door that's a plus ! . But here comes the reality of the Planters Inn yes there was a multi million dollar improvment on it Congratulations..But it's really not worth the money a one night stay cost ...
This hotel was gorgeous inside and out, with a southern Bed-and-Breakfast feel, with a fantastic (and gratis) wine and cheese happy hour. The staff treats you like royalty as well.
The hotel is very nice. Neat and clean, but not a mega giant. We found it very nice for a quiet time. The breakfast is just ok, but then again its free. The wine and cheese tasting in the evenings is a nice touch.
