The hard sell for condo timeshares inside the hotel was a humongous turnoff. I will never go back.

The Aladdin hotel was great. They upgraded our room upon our arrival. We stayed in a suite that was beautiful. It overlooked the Strip. We have stayed there twice now, and would consider it over another hotel in Las Vegas in the future.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: We were upgraded to a suite which was on the eighth floor. It was beautiful and we probably would not have chosen it ourselves based on the price. We felt richer than we would have if we would've stayed in just a regular room.

Some error lead to the hotel upgrading our room to a very nice suite.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There were a lot of shops.

Shopping was great, there was such a variety of places to choose from. Check in was slow, it took nearly twenty minutes.

It's a very good value for the price. I suggest using the free valet and not self-parking as the walk is very long.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I enjoyed the soft beds and chairs. There was both a soaking tub and a shower. It is central to all activities.

We had always enjoyed staying there but this time it was under construction and a lot of it was cut off and chopped up. We were not told this in advance. Even to check in we had to walk so far to go around the construction. It was very disappointing because we like to spend a lot of time in the casino where we stay. We did not do it this time.

This is a good hotel for young people on a budget, because it is on the Strip, but it is not too expensive. The shopping in the Desert Passage is great, and there are several excellent restaurants.

The hotel has nice rooms. Parking is poor, you have to walk miles to your car. It is ridiculous! I do not want to stay there again, because of this.

They have the best buffet meals.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The spa was luxurious.

They have okay gambling facilities. They do have great food facilities and excellent food. There is okay drink service in the gambling areas. It’s a little odd because the hotel is switching over in theme from Aladdin to Planet Hollywood.

The room service was not good, the prices listed should have included all the fees. It was hard to see outside from the window in the room. Room service did not replace our glasses or bag for ice two nights. I had a great check in, it was early and the lady was very nice. I liked the huge bathroom. I enjoyed the casino even though with a construction going only. The newsstand did not open early enough. The taxi stand and the bell captain were good. The hotel was in a good location. I would have preferred some sort of cheap to go eat place in the casino.

The location was great, the service was great, the Desert Passage Mall was great. The casino was under construction.

The stay at the hotel was fine. Checking in time was lengthy. They upgraded our room at no extra charge and it was a nice atmosphere.

The Spice Market buffet was sub par. It had been moved pending construction. I went twice and found it very disappointing. It is usually my favorite. I actually went to the guest comments book after my stay and mentioned it. Someone from the hotel called me to say they would be sending me two complimentary tickets for the buffet, however when I got the letter from Aladdin, it was an apology only with no tickets from the buffet, this was very disappointing.

The hotel room was very nice, the beds were comfortable. The parking was inconvenient, too far to walk.

The hotel was being changed over. There was a lot of work being done and the lobby was not completed. The room was comfortable, but nothing spectacular.

The location was great. We enjoyed all of the shopping and dining options in the hotel and how centrally located it was on the Strip. We did not enjoy the renovations in the casino or the pool. When we got there, only one of the pools was open and it was really crowded. There was very little shade and the bar outside was not very nice. We had been planning to spend part of our vacation at the pool but after going down to see what it was like, we decided not to waste our time and money there. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice with a large tub and separate shower.

The hotel was centrally located on the Las Vegas Strip. The room was comfortable and spacious. The service and the hotel amenities were top of the line.

The hotel was just ok. I would not stay there again. The casino is extremely noisy compared to others on the Strip. Parking is not easy or convenient.

The hotel was nice, clean and friendly. I hated the cigarette smoke in the casino, my clothes stank!
