The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. The room was very attractive.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was welcoming as they greeted us at the check in desk. They were helpful about explaining where to find things in the hotel.

The hotel has gym facilities, but at a cost of twenty five dollars a day. It would be nice to be able to work out for free. And it would be nice not to be hassled by salespeople while vacationing.

The hotel and the services were wonderful and I would stay there again.

The front desk was extremely generous in upgrading our room at no additional cost. I like the central location of the hotel on the Strip, within walking distance of other hotels. The mall within the hotel was very nice.

It was not as good an experience as we had a couple of years ago at the Aladdin hotel, maybe due to the remodeling. The TV and the DVD did not work and the staff could not seem to fix it but offered no compensation or room change. We paid an upgrade to be high on the Bellagio fountain side at the desk clerk's suggestion, then it turned out that the fountain was not working and she knew it. That was a disappointment and we will not be staying at the Aladdin hotel again. They did not have very good customer service there.

It was a very nice hotel, with great decoration and service. I got a good room for the price. They gave me an excellent upgrade and the view was good.

I like the hotel. However, there was some construction going on and there was also a movie being filmed while we were there. One of the staff was very rude and down right mean when asked about the movie being filmed. There did not seem to be as many slot machines as usual due to the construction.

I experienced a minor room reservation issue on my wedding day. The cake topper was lost under their watch.
