I was content with the clean rooms and the friendly staff.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.

It is changing to Hard Rock Hotel. That aside, it was a bit slower in pace from other resorts which was nice for a change.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: All interactions with the staff were personal and courteous. Their food options were great and we enjoyed our eating experiences the most.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
I might recommend it to friends.

I love our hostess. She is wonderful and our stay at the Aladdin is always fun and wonderful. The rooms are excellent but the gambling could be better.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They always make me feel important and appreciated.

I am very likely to return to the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I like the central location, the nice rooms and the views. The service is always good and the food is one of the best on the Strip. They have excellent buffets and restaurants with quick service.

It is a nice hotel but the ongoing remodeling is a pain. The room lighting is insufficient. And, as with all Las Vegas Resorts, the check in process is laboriously slow. But for the money this is the best resort on the central Strip.

I am very likely to return to the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

They also have great shopping at the Desert Passage shops. However, the service was bad and the rooms not so nice. We went during renovation and our stay wasn’t very enjoyable. There was constant noise and people coming and working on our floor. The hotel was full and they didn’t move us, so we moved to anther hotel. I got a refund from them, though.

Right in the middle of the strip, this hotel provided a dreamland of sorts. The insides are just fun and provided lots of shopping as well. This would be a great place to stay for children as well. Great restaurants and wonderful service.

The location was good, but the staff was rude. The hotel was under construction, they were tearing a wall down in the room across from us and when we complained were told that there was no construction on our floor. Nobody seemed to know about the wall being torn down except the construction crew. The pool was closed when we were told it would be opened. We were told if we didn't like it to go find another hotel. We finally found someone at the front desk that was sympathetic to our ordeal and agreed to move us to another room.

I stayed there in December.

Lousy service--no followup to emails.

Broken email addresses on the site.

Comments page on the site doesn't work.

Numerous emails have resulted in zero replies.

Here's what I wrote to them, in an email:

Why you were open last week is beyond me. Now I understand the low rates--half price for lousy accommodations.

The hotel was a mess:

Carpets being ripped out and rolled in.

Same with tile.

Roped off areas on the casino floor--awaiting gaming commission approval.

The South tower elevator unavailable on the Spa floor requiring a detour just to get there.

The poker room isn't even a room-it's just roped off space.

The Spa is in sad shape--tiles falling out of the wall--the men's showers smell very musty--none of the magazines in the men's lounge are for men--broken locks on lockers, etc.

I live in Denver, and it looked like I was stuck there over the holiday. In spite of my situation and having no choice in the matter, your staff was going to ding me for a more than 200 bucks for Sunday night--not cool--a little predatory, in fact--Merry Christmas to me.

Finally, if you are going to have movie premieres there, be sure not to kill the valet parking guests with a 45-minute wait just to return to your fine hotel--that's lousy planning and pisses off your guests.

On the upside--your dealers are all very nice.

All in all, not the sort of thing I'm used to nor that I expect. I generally stay at TheHotel at Mandalay, and I see, in retrospect, that this was heretofore a wise choice.

The remodeling caused a few problems. I got a good rate by staying there previously. The hotel has a good location and service.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I was greeted upon arrival. The signs easy to follow.

I am very likely to return to the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was great, upon check in we were asked if this was our first visit and when we said yes they upgraded us for free to a Strip view room. Everyone was great and very helpful. When we return we will definitely stay at the Aladdin hotel.

This hotel made me feel hip: The style of the hotel, the bathroom in my room and the people at the hotel made me feel hip and cool.

We had a very happy stay at the Aladdin hotel. We have stayed there before at least six times. The only thing we did not care for this trip was the construction going on in the casino. We know we will not return there until the construction is complete.

The convenience of location, the deep bathtub, the spa, the buffet, the free lounge with live music were the best reasons to stay at the Aladdin hotel. The service in Las Vegas in general was average. The casino itself had a pretty boring atmosphere.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The bath tub was wonderful!

I liked the theme and the set up, the fact the you did not have to walk through the casino to get to the hotel and that it had a mall in it.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I close the blinds and I was in complete solitude.

The room had a desk and a table but no chairs for either of them. The people next door were having a party and they were extremely loud.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There were things going on constantly and they had shows.
