French fries at the coffee shop are spectacular.Too smoky. Its a nice hotel. Very nicely decorated. Too loud for conversation in every public place we went. Of course, depending upon your traveling companion that might be good.

I could not believe the service at this hotel. Absolutely disgusting. After waiting in a dungeon type lobby area which includes no chairs or seating area for even the elderly, I encountered an employee who could barely understand me. ( I speak English, she apparantely did not). She informed me I could not get the room I wanted but for a tip in cash I could get an upgrade. my wife and I wont ever go back, much nicer hotels like Paris, Bellagio with professional staff.

Hotel is in great location. The new look seems nice, but after my third stay there, it is shocking to see that all the employees I encountered seemed very rude, and unhappy, obviously not satisfied with their jobs. Check in was a thirty minute process after arguing with a rude person (Harry), I finally got the room I asked for.
