The rooms are very clean and updated. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The larger rooms have microwaves and refrigerators, which is good for a stay longer than overnight.

The hotel was in a great location by the Robinson Mall and IKEA and not too far from downtown Pittsburgh. The inside was remodeled in a fashionable, modern way with nice furnishings. The room was clean.

Room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, if the bathroom were any smaller the toilet would have to be put into the bathtub. As it was, I had to straddle the toilet to close the door. There was a desk to use but no table ...

Good
Remodel is great. Feels upscale. Overall a great job. Have stayed here many many times and everything is better than expected EXCEPT the HVAC units are noisy as heck and don't heat and cool with out freezing you or cooking you. nothing in between.
