This was a great place. Our room was beautiful, great view, pool was great, so relaxing, but the deck around the pool needs work and was very hard on the feet. Yes there was some construction, but we never heard any of it going on. Overall just a...
Overall was a great experience! Enjoyed the new renovations. New management was excellent. Onsite restaurant was the best value on the beach. Looking forward to coming back.
Loved it always great service, staff, and very friendly people all around. For the people who stayed 7-3-07 I think they are full of themselves and need to stop being so picky, esp if they were trying to make it...
Yes of course the Cove was VERY VERY dirty and the fact that it was under construction didn't help us night owls get some sleep in the morning with all that ruckus going on out side, but for a quick place to stay when you have no where else to...

This being a condo/hotel, all the rooms are individually owned and maintained by owners. The building is going through a $5 million dollar 3 year renovation and should be finished by mid-summer '07.
Units run from studios with condo kitchens to 1 and 2 bedrooms with full kitchens. There is a lounge, restaurant and another bar downstairs poolside. Its a great beach and a great location. Its situated at the foot of the Port Orange Dunlawton bridge, with easy access to major highways. Its just far enough from the maddening crowds during Race and Bike Weeks but close to good restaurants and events.
