55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Our family reserved three rooms over the 2007 Thanksgiving holiday. We found the rooms to be less than desirable. The mattresses were of poor quality and did not offer support. The linens, blankets and towels were worn and stained. The tile floors in the bathrooms were not clean. The tile grout was dirty and dust had collected in the room corners. A large amount of black mold had grown on the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. Sound proofing between rooms was inadequate. Conversations in next door rooms could be clearly heard through the wall.

We have been coming to the Pinnell for 9 years. It is a nice clean place to stay and convenient to the town. We would recommend it to anyone going to So. east Illinois. See you next week!
