35 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel doesn't honor their advertised rates. How can they not you ask? It is beyond me. I had the rate in my hand and they wouldn't budge. I even talked to a manager. I have never been to a hotel that wouldn't honor their rate. I am filing a complaint with the Florida BBB and the Attorney General's Office.

This was my first trip to the Ft Myers area and I found this hotel to be an excellent accomodation. The front desk staff was very accomodating, the bar staff was friendly, efficient and professional, the food in the restaurant was exceptional...
