Stayed here for a girls weekend, quite, which we liked, were here in jan 2006 and none of the bars were open, so we had to walk to everything, we didn't mind, the location was great! very clean room, nice set up. loved the lani, we were in a room overlooking the beach and the pool, had the pool all to ourselves, except the people watching us from their lanis, no security people around at all, which was a little concern for 2 woman traveling. would definitely stay here again, great bed, and i have a bad back.

I couldn't ask for more in a resort. I've been to the Pink Shell twice and both of our visits were great experiences. My boyfriend and I went together both trips and have no complaints.

On our most recent trip in May, we stayed in the White Sand villas and they were very clean and comfortable w/a great view of the ocean and the pool. The restaurant, JoJo's, was also a GREAT experience w/delicious food. The drinks may seem a little expensive, but are strong and worth the money (especially w/a rum topper). I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone on a couples vacation, or on a family vacation. Don't miss out on this great resort.

The kids program is terrific, the pools are very well maintained and the price is good for what you get. We did not expect a JW Marriott for paying Holiday Inn prices but we definitely got a bargain. The only "bad" thing was the cost of renting the jet skis and the beach umbrellas. We spent the money anyway and are glad to have done so. We plan to return on our next beach vacation!

It is a wonderful hotel. The service was great. I had everything needed close by.

This hotel made me feel important: From the time we checked in till the time we left, we always had wonderful service. They made you feel important as a customer. That means a lot.
