We stayed at this so called "Resort" in September of 2007. I have tried to get a refund for the $350. that we spent for a two nights stay. This place was horrible. It was so run down. The room was filthy, there was no hot water for the shower. I have written to the Alexandria Bay Chamber of Commerce about this dump and I also contacted the Better Business Bureau and the NYS Attorney General's Office. No one can seem to get a response from the owners of this place. I am going to try Small Claims Court next. These people should not be allowed to falsely advertise this dump and a resort. Stay away from the Pine Tree Point Resort. It totally sucks.
