Very nice facility, within blocks of Amtrak station, fast food, groceries, gas and eclectic downtown shopping. Pool and hot tub (indoor/outdoor) kept nice and warm. Free computer available in lobby. This is our second stay at this hotel and we really like it. However, we arrived to find out they had booked us for only three nights instead of six. Also, we were supposed to be in a block of rooms reserved for a wedding party and this was not done. Luckily, we were able to switch rooms the second night. The person who took our reservations did not do a thorough job. However, they were able to correct the error. We would definitely go back, but I would be more cautious about asking for a paper confirmation of some type.

My family and I stayed at the Pine Lodge and we had a wonderful time.
The heated outdoor pool in the winter is awesome and it's 8 feet deep. The staff was wonderful. Not only did they help us with dinner reservations, but they gave us a ride when our car wouldn't start.
The next day we got rides while the car was worked on. It was just a wonderful experience overall, even with the car problems.

They had horrid service, and rude, nasty people work here. The rooms are nice, but the staff needs some lessons in common courtesy and customer service.
I am not likely
to return to the Pine Lodge.
I would not recommend it to friends.
