Pine Haven Bed and Breakfast Inn

The worst Bed & breakfast Inn we ever stayed at. We left 2 days early, just could not take it. Sloppy, dirty rooms. Help there is awful. Meals are very basic. Rooms are small. Traffic is loud and terrible. If you want to keep your sanity, please avoid this over priced, broken down old home.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. Host is lazy, hired help is old, nosy troublemaker. NO PHONES in the rooms. Run like an old school house.

Rooms are small and unkept. EVERY CLOCK has a different wrong time. STOVE does not work. Fire hazard, health hazard, food is awful, TV's are small. VERY BASIC in service and quality.

AVOID THIS PLACE. We wish we did. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE TO THIS DUMP.

Unique Qualities: 1. Front door is locked shut and does not work.

2. Food service is the worst ever, stove does NOT work

3. Rooms are old, sloppy, every item is broken, lights are dim.

4. Host is an old crotchy ex-nurse in the twilight of her years and this is her hobby, making people miserable. My room had NO A/C, NO phone, Window does NOT open. YUK!

5. Don't stay here if you want to keep your sanity.

This is a lower-class hotel more fit for the budget-minded traveler. Maybe good for families that are visiting Albany and are not really looking for too fancy of a place to sleep at night. It is a decent hotel but it of course lacks the bauty and comfort of the more expensive hotels. I stayed here while I was on a business trip so I am not sure about the value and price but just from looking at some prices for this hotel online, I can say it was not a great value but nor was it a ripoff. Do not stay here unless you are sure you know you want this type of hotel.
