Beautiful suite, centrally located between Capitol Hill and Downtown. it was within walking distance to shops, the convention center and bars. The staff was diverse and helpful. The room was clean and very large. A pleasant stay.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The concierge was very attentive. I receive many packages while I am traveling with work and it was never a problem for him to get them for me. They dealt with this very well.

Pleasantly surprised with room size and quality and with amenities provided by the Wyndam loyalty program.

The fire alarm went off at 5:20 am the first day, and went off 2 other times (that we know of). It was an unpleasant experience. Other than that, the place is great, the breakfast is only average.

Guest room smelled musty and lighting was inadequate.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk staff was very courteous and responsive.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The people at the front desk were always there to say 'hello' when we walked in and out of the front door. The breakfast staff in the mornings were helpful and friendly. Also, the valet guys were great and quick at getting our car.
