Traveled all over USA and Europe and found this to be the 2nd worst place I have ever stayed. And I really had to think about if it WAS the worse. Dirty rooms, uninformed desk clerks and on weekends, it's the "party hotel" for local kids because of

Disgusting establishment. Management and staff were disrespectful. Cockroaches in the room. Two important wake-up calls were missed.

The location was tops. The comfort was good, the service was speedy. The room could have been a lot cleaner.

The hotel has a great location, a nice staff and clean rooms.

It’s very comfortable, clean, and the continental breakfast was just right. They could have used a few more seats for breakfast. My recommendation for others is to just go and enjoy it, it’s very nice.

They always addressed me as Sir, and many times asked if they could help us in any way.

We left the hotel at 3:00am because of noisy neighbors and the poor beds. We received no help from the management or earplugs for the noise. The beds were horrible, I could feel the springs in my ribs. There was blood all over the side of my box spring. Sleep in your car instead.
