The location was excellent. The room service was very slow. There was an error with my reservation which took up time and caused embarrassment. It could have been handled better. The lack of a gym on premises was a disappointment. Otherwise it was ok.
I liked the comfortable room and the easy going atmosphere.
I am not likely
to return to the Pier Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

Great hotel to stay in. Myself and a friend stayed there for vacation and was very impressed with the hotel, and the staff. Te Night shift was very helpful with places dine at.
Very clean! My only problem with the wireless internet, didnt work the whole time we were there.

We loved the location, the look and feel of the place. Check in was pleasant. We loved the evening drinks in the parlor and the front porch! We didn't hate the bathroom but it was very old-fashioned so it took a little getting used to. Otherwise, we loved it!
