As you pull up Harbor Magic Drive and pass the Power Plant entertainment complex and the National Aquarium, you'll realize just how fabulous the Pier 5 Hotel's waterfront location really is. Step inside the three-story atrium lobby and gaze in wonder as vaulted ceilings kiss gem-toned walls and plush velvet couches welcome the weary legs of urban explorers. The Pier 5 Hotel is an enthralling blend of comfortably hip designs, vibrant colors and some gorgeous harbor views. And with two of the city's best restaurants Ruth's Chris-Pier 5 and McCormick & Schmick's off the hotel Lobby, its no wonder the Pier 5 Hotel is considered a destination in itself.

This is a public apology to Ms. Osborn who posted the previous review. I am the General Manager of the Pier 5 Hotel in Baltimore and my Revenue Manager has spoken with Ms. Osborn regarding the incident. We do in fact have her son's reservation and always have, and we will coach the Front Office Assosiate who was unable to locate the reservation in our system. Obviously there is additional training opportunity and we appreciate Ms. Osborn's feedback.

this hotel lost my family's reservations for my son's wedding reception. i was frantic, as you can imagine because we are from out of town. and after all this, the front desk manager hung up on me. DO NOT rely on this hotel for an impt. event.
i moved my $2,100 worth of business to Waterfront Marriott.
i write this 1 week before the wedding. i call the Waterfront Marriott daily to see if they still have us "reserved". they understand & are very nice.

Great location.Gave us rooms over boiler and try to add charges once we got there. This hotel is in a great area, but they charged all of us extra 10.00 a day for use of internet, phone calls, bottle water and other facilities.
