Everything was great, except the mattresses were incredibly bad. We were attending a mattress seminar at the hotel. All 100+ of my associates staying at the hotel agreed about the poor quality of the mattresses in the hotel.

The location is fine; ideal for visitors to CSU Fresno. There are some food choices within walking distance, but those are primarily chains. Guests should be careful pulling out of the parking lot onto Shaw.
