The hotel was quite nice and I loved the beds and the bedding. I did not like the fact that the air conditioning unit was set for sixty nine degrees in my room when I arrived. Plus the air never shut off and it made it quite difficult to sleep because of its noise. The hotel had a great location with its own convention center. I am a catering manager and the food was outstanding especially the Spanish flavored breakfast and the veggie burritos. The staff was quite nice, friendly and professional. I would return.

The staff was always there to answer questions, open doors for me and things like that.

It was a very nice hotel and I would recommend it. They will serve your dinner at the pool, but you have to order inside.

It was convenient. The staff was friendly. The place was close to cubs spring training.

They offered excellent service, the rooms were recently redecorated and very clean.
