It’s in a strange location. There is not much around except in the immediate area. They have a great staff and comfy rooms.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They had a pleasant front desk staff.

The stay went well, though several things in both rooms were not working, including the ice in the freezer, the fireplace, and some lights.

59 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I liked the central location, but parking was a problem. The hotel was nice, clean, and friendly. An outdoor concert was nearby and they put a letter in the room telling of times, etc. -- it was a good move.
This hotel made me feel respected: They knew my name and preferences from the frequent quest program, and upgraded me to concierge level.

I liked the hotel's good service. But there was nowhere to eat on Christmas.

It was a nice place; the free Internet access was helpful as well. I suppose my only gripe would be that the buffet-breakfast room was a little small for all the guests, especially given the 8:30 AM or 9 AM cutoff.
