78 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I have been staying at this facility since it first opened. There have been problems from time to time, but an overhaul and replacement of some furniture helped very much. The personnel has come and gone, but the atmosphere of friendliness and helpfulness has remained constant.

I am very likely to return to the Phoenix Inn Suites Vancouver.
I might recommend it to friends.

46 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Our stay was awesome! The staff was super helpful and courteous. They made our stay like home. It was exceptionally clean, their continental breakfast was worthy of any restaurant, with multiple choices from hot to cold, and it was well stocked. Minor issues in stay were addressed immediately. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The pool was spotless at all times, the spa was spotless, too. Everything was in working order, and they even served hot fresh cookies each afternoon. This will be our selected choice to stay when we return to Vancouver, WA for any trip.

I am very likely to return to the Phoenix Inn Suites Vancouver.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

35 year old female with a shoestring budget, traveling for leisure

The staff was awesome, so nice and helpful. But the pool was closed because of construction and we were really bummed out about that.

I am very likely to return to the Phoenix Inn Suites Vancouver.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
