Phoenix Inn Suites Tigard - Page 1

We loved it! We got a king suite with a big tub, a bar and a fireplace. It was very nice, located across the street from a big mall and restaurants. The breakfast did not offer much selection.

What I liked was pretty much everything about the hotel. The access to the huge mall within walking distance across the street was excellent. The friendliness of the staff and helping us with directions to the OHSU hospital, including printing out a map for us, and going over it with us. I liked just everything, including loading our luggage back into the car at departure time since I had had surgery and couldn't do it. It was one of the nicest places to stay and I would recommend it to everyone.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Because I was so sick awaiting to have surgery within a couple of days and couldn't do much, the staff kept making sure my mother and I had everything we needed to make me relaxed until our check-in time at the hospital two days later. They just went above and beyond what was expected.

It's convenient, easy to find, and was close to my destination. I liked the way it was decorated.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They were very courteous and friendly. They offered and included many features.
