It was a good experience. There was not good information on rental cars at the hotel.

The location was excellent, close to my conference yet still having a laid-back atmosphere rather than being in the city rush. The service staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure your needs were met.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: There was not a crowd of people everywhere all the time. This let the staff give more attention to individual guests that I have experienced elsewhere at comparable hotels.

It was wonderful!

The room had not been adequately cleaned. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled of smoke.

This hotel made me feel practical: I paid a very good rate for the location and the time of the year. I saved money for my company.

There was nothing great - it was just a hotel stay.
