They have the best complementary breakfast buffet. But they were out of eggs.

I am very likely to return to the Phoenix Inn Suites Olympia.

It was far better than I expected. I couldn't have picked a better location. It was the most comfortable I've ever been in a hotel. I was treated with the utmost respect. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Inn Suites to anyone traveling.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It seemed like everyone there was laid back and easy going.

I am very likely to return to the Phoenix Inn Suites Olympia.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We often stay at this hotel and others in the chain. They are quite reasonable in cost for the nice large rooms, and we like the breakfast.

36 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I was not familiar with the area so it was hard to find the hotel. The hotel signage could have been more prominent. The rooms, lobby, and breakfast area were all very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were greeted promptly when checking in and the employees always greeted us with a smile.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Phoenix Inn Suites Olympia.
I might recommend it to friends.
