Gave away my reservation without any ... – Posted Aug 02, 2009

Horrible

I have been staying at the Phoenix Inn in Bend, OR for business every other month for approximately 5 years. My secretary reserved my room over a week in advance. When I arrived at 10:30pm, after having driven 3.5 hours to get to Bend, I was told the hotel was full. They confirmed that they had reserved my room for me, but had then decided to give it away. I was informed that nearly all of the hotels in Bend were full that particular night, but that I could drive to the outskirts of town, where there may be an open room at a dump of a hotel. No apologies, no head's up, nothing. So much for 5 years as a customer. Never again, Phoenix Inn.

Excellent

I had never heard of this chain, but it should be counted among the top chains. And this location in Bend was perfect. It is approximately two short blocks (no more than 250 feet) from downtown Bend. The free continental breakfast was better than ...

Okay

This sits really close to downtown infact just step out your doors and there you are. The hotel just went through a huge remodel and is very nice inside. I have yet to stay in a room but it location is worth it.

Good

Downtown Bend is literally at your footsteps! All you need to do is walk out the door, and down the stairs, to stroll through Bend's charming shops, restaurants and cafes. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and...

Horrible

pros: good location I used to stay here all the time but the quality of service has just nose dived and the costs are ridiculous. With a ll the great hotels in Bend the Pheonix has really dropped the ball.

It is extremely well located. I highly recommend this hotel. The service is above average and it has a much better than average continental breakfast. It also has very nice rooms for price.

I am very likely to return to the Phoenix Inn Suites Bend.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Good

I have absolutely no complaints. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Phoenix Inn.

They were appreciative at the front desk. They were generous with their time. And they asked questions about the kids and such.

I am very likely to return to the Phoenix Inn Suites Bend.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

In the heart of downtown – Posted Jan 27, 2007

This is a great hotel if you're looking to hang out in downtown Bend. Everything is within walking distance, great restaurants, great bars, and a great park. You can't get much closer. When we stayed there, the hotel was either recently built or recently renovated (and still under construction). However, our room was modern and had a fantastic whirlpool tub. Be sure to check out the Deschutes Brewery while you're in town!
