The room had recently been remodeled and was wonderful. We have used this hotel many times and will again in the future. The personnel are friendly and knowledgeable.
The bed was made up for winter with a feather bed under the sheets and a feather quilt on top. It was so nice and cozy. I didn't want to get up in the morning.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. When they hire new people for the front desk they need to know what and when a complete direct bill means and not ask the customer or guest for their credit card information. Other than that I love this hotel.

We stayed at the Phoenix Inn in Albany. This was a very nice place, very clean, room was nice..bed very comfortable. I have stayed in Phoenix Inn other places, always the same...can count on them to be nice.
