55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The room had recently been remodeled and was wonderful. We have used this hotel many times and will again in the future. The personnel are friendly and knowledgeable.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The bed was made up for winter with a feather bed under the sheets and a feather quilt on top. It was so nice and cozy. I didn't want to get up in the morning.

I am very likely to return to the Phoenix Inn Suites Albany.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

33 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business

I have stayed at this hotel many times. When they hire new people for the front desk they need to know what and when a complete direct bill means and not ask the customer or guest for their credit card information. Other than that I love this hotel.

I am very likely to return to the Phoenix Inn Suites Albany.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I had a good experience and really have no complaints.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The receptionist was polite and helped me get directions to my seminar destination. She saved me the time and effort of calling the facility to get directions.

I am very likely to return to the Phoenix Inn Suites Albany.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
