It has a friendly staff, good rooms, and a good breakfast.

It was more expensive than it should have been.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is outstanding and the breakfast is excellent.

It is a first class hotel yet very reasonably priced.

I usually really like Phoenix Inn but this time, the room had a really bad smell and the website claimed the inn had a 24-hour pool. But when we got there, the hours on the pool door and in the hotel info guide said it closed at 10:00 PM. I did really like the continental breakfast, as always.

The location was good. But the vehicle for inn use was parked in the way for incoming customers. The remote did not work properly in the room, although I only used it a little.

The hotel was nice, quiet and the help was informative. The checkout was easy. I got a special rate because my husband was in a nearby hospital. It's located close to shopping and restaurants and Highway 26.
