The first time I stayed at this hotel, I was disappointed, the pictures on their website are amazing! In reality though, the carpets are stained and the parking lot is tiny and it's not in the best neighborhood, . That said, I love this hotel! I have stayed there on numerous ocassions due to the fact that it is close to the Red Devil Lounge and not too far from the Fillmore. If you are going with friends to a show, I would totally recommend it, it has such history and breakfast on the patio is a great way to start your morning after.
