We stayed at the Best Western Pheasant Hill hotel in Spokane. I was completely thrilled with how nice the hotel was, including the amenities, the staff and the food. It was an inexpensive hotel yet it felt like it was an expensive one from the experience. The beds were heavenly. It was my first experience with an actual comfortable bed in a hotel!
The staff greets you right away, with friendliness as though they are genuinely happy to be chatting with you while checking you in. The lobby is comfortable and inviting, as are the rooms.
I am very likely
to return to the Pheasant Hill Inn and Suites Hotel.

I liked the coffee and tea available in the lobby at all hours. I liked the comfort of the bed. I did not care for the breakfast as something of higher quality was expected there. The business center was functional enough for us and was useful.
It was nice to have some tea available for me just down the hall when I wanted it. It's a comfortable thing that I like to have at home.
