35 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Traveled all the way to the bottom of the Grand Canyon to hear loud rock music from our cabin-- all day and night, nonstop. The staff blasted the music from the kitchen, and we were not the only ones who could not sleep because of it. When informed the manager, he did not ask them to turn the music down, he moved us to a cabin that was in bad disrepair (on purpose?)

43 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
They had hot showers, bunk beds, and the food was excellent at the lodge. The Ranger’s presentations were interesting.
I am very likely
to return to the Phantom Ranch.
I
would definitely recommend it to friends.
