Okay
We stayed in this hotel for a week in July. I believe it is supposed to be a 5-star quality hotel, and the public areas are certainly very nice. The rooms, however, are a little "worn", certainly not the quality you would expect for the price paid....
The lobby looked great and our room was ready in the morning. Upon checkin we were "upgraded" for our 30 night stay on business. Internet access was spotty and slow. The room furniture was old but they try to make it better with the room art. ...

Good
Hotel was in great location and had nice beach facilities. Housekeeping was a little slow in cleaning the rooms, and had to be reminded several times that they needed to clean the room. Hotel was nice, but not on par with higher end international...
We can't wait to go back!

Excellent
Nice service, but although the rooms are not very big, they are confortable. The breakfast is Ok. Pretty location. Nice beach and great city. Fantastic view...
