57 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Perryville House isn't all that much to look at on the outside, but once you walk through the doors, it's like being transported into a different world. The charm, comfort, and atmosphere of this hotel is outstanding with everything beautifully decorated with antique furnishing and a wealth of fresh cut flowers liberally sprinked throughout the entire place. Our room had a large, luxurious, four poster bed along with a comfortable couch and chair add in the scented candles and fireplaces and it really was like staying in a private country home in Ireland.
The breakfast buffet was delightful with fresh home baked bread, fresh fruit, eggs fresh from a nearby farm, and honey from I believe their own bees. Plus they offered a lot of things to do like horseback riding, sailing, fishing, and naturally the golf courses. Since Kinsale is supposed to be the gourmet capital of Ireland, we were able to feast on some wonderful Irish meals, too. All in all, we would definitely return here in the future.
