All Staff members were friendly, from the owner to the pool cleaner. Rooms were clean and nice. Inn is just across from the beach and near the walking mall and most night life. The Inn is the right place to rest and enjoy all the town has to offer. We will return. Very few places offer this value.

My family and I love it at the Periwinkle Inn the staff is friendly and the property is kept up very well.

Nasty, cranky ladies run the place. They treat you as if they're doing you a favor by being the most expensive hotel on the strip and demanding cash only at check-in. The rooms aren't cleaned until after 2pm and spotty, at best. There are no amenities at the pool and the kiddie playhouse needs to be replaced by a new one. The barbeques are ridiculous. They control the gas from behind a locked shack and it's kept on extremely low (to save on their gas bill), but in the meanwhile it took my husband over 1 hour to cook 6 burgers and 4 hot dogs...no exaggeration. The cranky ladies had the police there to tow cars of people parked in their front parking lot....including guests because that's only for those guests checking-in and not for guest long-term parking.

If you have no children, lots of cash for check-in (in my case it was $1,100 cash that I had to carry around all day at the beach until 4pm check-in); a patient personality that doesn't mind being disrespected and mistreated by hotel managers; and are used to not having your bed made until late afternoon, then this is the place for you. If not...stay away!!

Unresponsive to customer needs (no heat in this case). No satisfaction when this was brought up with Management. "No Refunds" stamped on receipt implying that there have been unresolved issues here before. Do not waste your money.

It is a great place. It is comfortable, convenient and pleasant.

This hotel made me feel content: Everything was as it should have been.
