We stayed for two nights and it was terrible. The housekeeping staff didn't show up until 6:00 in the evening to clean our room. We declined, due to the fact that we just returned for the day and didn't want to have to leave again. There was no internet service in the rooms and the staff is very rude. This is also not a child friendly hotel so leave the kids at home!

I stayed 3 nights in August. The a/c was broken, the shower was broken, & the bed was broken down. The staff was rude & there was loud music all night. I will never stay again.

Reasonably comfortable room, but everything is aging.

The hotel restaurant (for breakfast) is absolutely terrible and room service doesn't offer anything worth ordering.

The hotel also doesn't have high speed internet (inexcusable for a hotel meant for business travellers).

However, they are planning major renovations within the next year, so maybe things will change (hopefully).
