Okay
Clean, comfortable inn with a pool and spa for those traveling on a budget. Also has a continental breakfast each morning that comes with the room rate.
Changed my mind when I got there...and left!

Horrible
When you walk in the lobby had a bad smell as well as the place where they serve breakast. The front desk person was unfriendly and the room looked like a cell. The hotel is run down and does not look anything like the nice photos! I cancelled...

I liked the hotel because it was easy to find from the highway.I did not like the parking lot needs more lighting. The Peppertree Inn was clean and the front desk was kind and helpful. I plan on staying there again.
clean rooms, courteous and kind staff, great prices! Appreciated the good breakfast included in the price too! Good value and nice people - felt good to have discovered...
We would defiantley stay here again.

We would defiantley stay here again. The rooms was bery comfortable, the beds were comfortable. We were on the inside and not the freeway side, so it was pretty quiet. Staff was very accomodating, breakfast good and location ideal for getting...
Any hotel in Santa Barbara is going to be fairly expensive and compared to other cities, this one is, too. But, for Santa Barbara, their rates are reasonable.
There is no complementary breakfast, but the rooms come with a coffee pot...

Disappointed by the noisiness of unit (next to railroad/major hiway). Was very basic accomodation for $*, not at all what I expected for the #2 rating from travel agent. Room was fairly clean, bed firm, mildew in bathroom, some musty odor in room...

The Hotel listed rooms with Two queen beds. They don't have a single room in that hotel with two queen beds. Every room was with two double beds. Breakfast was okay, and the pool was warmer than I expected, but the freeway right next to it...
This Inn is very clean and has great service. The pool is clean and the breakfast had a variety of foods for almost anyone and was in a nice "coffee house" like setting.
Have stayed three times in the past 8 years and will be going...
