The most confusing Hotel I've ever been in. Very hard to find your way around unless you are going to the Casino. The room was nice but a lousy view. The snack/fridge setup is scary. Of course my husband and I didn't read the small signs when we first checked in. It was late and we were tired. Out of curiousity we picked up the snacks and looked at them then put them back. It was only in the morning that we found out you can be charged for removing items from the tray and fridge. We had to call housekeeping to come and verify that we hadn't used anything then we waited and waited for someone to come. No one came so I called back and the said "Oh" we talked to the front desk and there are no charges. It would have been nice if they had called us back and told us that. We probably won't stay at the Peppermill again.
