I enjoyed my stay at the Peppermill. It was in a convenient location and it had several restaurants which was a nice service.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The Peppermill was the most lavish hotel I've ever stayed in. Being in Reno, it had a large casino which added to the feeling.

Don't Believe the HypeHAPPY PLACE TO VACATION. The Peppermill Hotel in Reno failed to meet my expectations. Their website did a great job of marketing the hotel, but they should spend more money on improving the pool and interior decoration. The Island Buffet was average.

I had problems with the reservation. I even spoke to the manager to correct that but they did nothing. I liked the hotel in general but I would never recommend it due to how we were treated.

We have stayed at this hotel on two other occasions and all of the experiences have been excellent. The room was large, clean and beautifully decorated. Even though the hotel was undergoing a major renovation, it did not disturb our stay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: All of the employees were friendly and courteous.

The hotel was very comfortable with many excellent choices for dining. The buffet dining was above average. The casino was impressive for a first time gambler. The location was average but it had a good view of the beautiful mountains surrounding Reno.

It is a nice hotel, with a great fireside lounge. I liked the helpful casino staff. The hotel is not downtown, but it is only a few minutes away.

The Peppermill hotel has excellent food, atmosphere and service. The rooms are well furnished with nice views. The casino area is large and it has a nice atmosphere.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The service in the steak room was excellent! I would say the abalone I had was indeed extravagant.

I liked everything. It is always top quality. The food they serve is the best. It is one of my favorite places to stay.

This is an excellent facility. I have stayed at many casino and hotels and most have not been so good. The quality of service, the food, the cooperation of the staff to make your stay pleasant are second to none.

This hotel made me feel respected: Check in was individual and swift. I was treated to the facilities of a VIP room. I received priority service in many restaurants. The staff made me feel it was important to them that I was there.

The room had a nice couch to sit in, the casino was always great to play at, and the restaurants were good. I had a service problem with the coffee shop, but the food was good, the manager did call me to apologize and fixed the problem.

The rooms are very comfortable, the bathrooms are very clean. They have a good exercise facility and pool, an excellent buffet and a coffee shop. I also liked the good price.

I love it! The hotel staff is great, friendly and positive. They take the time to understand your needs and do their best to make it happen.

This hotel made me feel important: The way that the concierge did everything they could do for my request and that I was informed that my request was declined and I was presented with different options made me feel important.

Peppermill is our hotel of choice for Reno. It has excellent restaurants and a lovely pool area.

I know casinos are supposed to do this, but it is almost impossible to find the elevators to the rooms in that hotel. I got lost in the casino three times during one night and I wasn't even drinking!

I had an injury off premises. I could get no recommendations or help from the hotel.
