The hotel offered good service, but it was a little too far from the center of downtown. The casino was all paper, it did not take coins in the slot machines and it took away a lot of the fun of gambling. There was not enough to do but gamble. The hotel was under construction, it made for a lot of minor problems getting around. I will check to see if the construction is completed before staying there again.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was always hotel personnel around, even on the guest floors. The main floor was always full of people, cars were delivered to the front door if you wanted to get it out of the parking ramp.

I am somewhat satisfied with the hotel's location. The Reno Peppermill hotel is a good hotel to visit.

I stay at the Peppermill hotel often. It is always the best value in Reno. Even while they are remodeling and adding on I still get excellent service and a quiet room. The food is above average at all the restaurants.

HAPPY PLACE TO VACATION. Everyone we came into contact with from the shuttle driver to the chambermaid was pleasant and seemed to really enjoy making our stay as enjoyable as possible. This is what makes a place exceptional, somewhere you want to return as often as possible. Rooms were clean and odor free. All employees were able to answer any quetions you might have. You didn't fee you were inconveniencing anyone when you stopped them for directions. What a pleasure!

This is a great place to stay, it's nice and clean. The casino will keep you entertained, and they also have a great buffet.

It's an excellent location. It's the best hotel and personnel in Reno. They have excellent deals via mail when you use their casino card. There are high-end rooms for next to nothing for regular guests.

This has become my all time favorite destination hotel. Everything is as expected each time I stay. I couldn't ask for better service in all areas except for the attitudes of a few restaurant personnel.

We prefer the Peppermill hotel in Reno above all others. The location is great, it has the nicest rooms, great casino and restaurants. Their slot club is great and the most generous of all clubs we have cards for. The rooms and most food are complimentary. It is a great place!

The hotel is centrally located in south Reno. It's close to shopping. It has an excellent staff and good comps.

Marketing is better than the hotel. I gave the Peppermill a try on a trip to Reno for New Year's because I had seen all the billboards, the banner ads online, the top 10 rating from MSN, etc. I got there to find the place large in size but small on fun. It was New Year's and despite the fact that the only room they could give me was in the Annex (yuck), practically nobody was in the place having fun. I followed the crowd and hopped in a taxi and went to Harrah's instead. Peppermill has potential, but the place I saw was dark, a bit dirty, devoid of fun crowds, and didn't have any sort of buzz in the air. Also note that the location is way far away from the heart of downtown Reno.

My stay there was great, and will go again.

We have stayed at the Peppermill hotel many times over the years and we have been very satisfied with them. They provide good food, good gambling and good safety.

I was given the non smoking floor even though I reserved a smoking room for the stay. The construction makes access difficult for me as I have a walking handicap.

The hotel was under some construction which we were unaware of. However it created no problems with the stay. The restaurants were overpriced.
