Okay
This women-only resort is not for the faint at heart. They have great service and a prime location (on Duval Street). The prices are reasonable and you'll either love it or hate it.

This was our first trip to Key West and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The staff was wonderful, the room was very clean and the food was awsome! Keep in mind that it is an older property so the fixtures are older and such but...

Pearls Rainbow is an awesome all woman experience. The room (a cigar suite) was spacious, new and clean w/ a refrigerator, 2 tvs and a large bathroom.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for tourist activities. The breakfasts are served to order, hot and fresh.
I found the pool area a little small and the bar area a little dark as it was almost entirely enclosed, although the potent drinks more than made up for it. The bartenders were fun and personable and the guests became fast friends.
We would highly recommend staying at Pearls and the walk to Deval St. is only a few feet!

Unless we learned of improvements in the rooms; specifically the quality and comfort of the mattresses we would definitely Not be returning to this property. (Springs literally poking through) and we had upgraded to a King Suite. We cannot speak enough of the unacceptable quality of the mattress. This overshadowed other points lacking the quality we expected for the price paid. Other points include: dirty grout in the bathroom, loud a/c units in the room, thin rough towels and they were stingy with them, the poorest quality toilet paper imaginable and stingy with this also...had to use tissues one day as ran out of toilet paper. We expected to be available to us at all times....coffee, tea, fruit, this type ammenity which you commonly find at chain hotels but not here...disappointing, seemingly unclean lounge chairs by the pool and oh yes, holes in the floor of our room covered by the carpet. And after checkout we happened accross two other couples who had similiar comments to ours above and they, like us, would Not be returning to this property. We're not sure why the deficiencies other than the property owners feel like they have a captive audience in the lesbian community. We would love to support a lesbian property but we felt taken advantage of in this case. To end on a positive note, the staff was Exceptional in all regards. It's a shame that the owners won't reinvest some $'s back into the property to keep guests returning.

There were no problems checking in. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. It's nice and cozy. I would recommend Pearl's to anyone wanting to stay at a women's resort. I will stay there again for any future Key West visits.

This is a bed and breakfast but also has a great outdoor bar. Nice place to watch the game and hang out. If you are a local or brought your pet, bring them with you. Everyone is friendly and they make you feel like it is your everyday hang out. ...
