25 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I was dissatisfied that I made reservations for a room with one king bed on the hotel's website and upon arrival my reservation had been changed to a room with two double beds for the same price. When I asked why my reservation had been changed the staff at the front desk barely acknowledged that something was wrong.
