This was a great hotel and an exceptional value. Was priced $100 less than the hotel where my conference was scheduled. The night I arrived, Kansas City was having tornadoes and hail, and the covered garage was an unexpected perk. Room furnishings are modern, and because it mainly houses business travelers, it is very quiet. You do not hear any road noise from I-435. I would suggest this hotel for anyone traveling for business in Johnson County.

Third time we've stayed here. It's clean, nicely decorated, bathrooms are to die for. Staff professional and friendly. Great breakfast and happy hour. Covered Deck parking is wonderful and hotel is accessible to xways. Many nice restaurants and shopping nearby. We will return.
