56 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

This hotel looks good, is clean, has friendly staff, and is located near the Riverwalk area, which has some OK restaurants and a lot of bars. Some rooms have great views of the Arkansas River. However, we arrived in late October, when it had just turned cold, only to learn the hotel doesn't turn the heat on until November 1, regardless of the weather. There also was no hot water in the afternoons, presumably another cost-saving measure. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and mostly cold, but not cheap. Everything at the Peabody costs a lot of money, and every time you turn around you're handing out tips. Fact is, you can get the same bed, TV stations, wireless reception, and ice machines at any Comfort Inn or LaQuinta, but they don't charge you for their mediocre breakfast, they generally have coffee in the lobby and hot water in the rooms all day, and they let you control the heat. So unless you think that price is the same thing as quality, you just happen to like ducks and bellhops, or you really need to be near the Riverwalk, I can't recommend this place. A pale copy of the original.

43 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It is a beautiful hotel in an excellent downtown location. Everyone will enjoy the famous Peabody duck march done daily in the lobby.

I am very likely to return to the Peabody Little Rock.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The service provided by the staff was excellent.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The hotel had excellent staff. The staff made you feel welcome. The staff was knowledgeable. If an employee could not take care of something they directed you to someone who could or advised you of options.

I am very likely to return to the Peabody Little Rock.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is a beautiful hotel located in the downtown area close to several local attractions. Nearly every employee was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our meal at the Capricio Grill was outstanding and the service was superb. However, the buffet breakfast the next morning in the same location left a lot to be desired. For a Sunday morning buffet, it was very disappointing for a hotel of the Peabody's reputation.

This hotel made me feel content: We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The quiet atmosphere and the ambiance were just very soothing.

I am very likely to return to the Peabody Little Rock.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

55 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business

It is the greatest place, with the best staff; everyone there goes out of their way to accommodate all needs. There was a problem on another floor with an elevator while my mother was visiting and they allowed her to be escorted via service elevators whenever she needed to go!

This hotel made me feel important: When you drive up to the valets you know you are going to be pampered. They all help with your luggage. My luggage was in my room when I arrived. The staff is very attentive! They are always around, the maids ask what you want them to leave as far as little extras. They offer so much help, they are just nice.

I am very likely to return to the Peabody Little Rock.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
