Good
I really enjoyed staying at the Patricia Grand. Check in was very easy. Room was nice and clean. The parking needs some work though. The parking garage was across the street. Overall, I would stay again on my next trip.
52 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The rooms were dirty and they had an unpleasant smell. We were moved to another room and it was cleaner. The amount of money charged was very steep for the amenities provided. I will not stay there again.

Very clean, friendly staff, pools could use some work though. The hot tub next to the lazy river was way to hot so you couldn't breathe while in the lazy river. Quiet at night for sleeping. Close but not really close enough to walk to the Grand...
