Currently our office hours are limited to morning and evening check in time is at 15:00 hours and the office closes at 21:30 central standard time zone. Be advised that check in is not offered when the office is closed so please arrive during office hours. We have a beautiful stilted property with exterior corridors just off of the waterfront in beautiful kemah texas. Our hotel is a two story property with parking underneath. We are located in the heart of a very desirable kemah boardwalk area. People come here for recreation, relaxation and leisure activities. Area offers quality boating, fishing, amusement park recreation and shopping. Some of the best restaurants of houston area can be found here within walking distance on the waterfront. There is a nasa tourist/visitor center within 5 miles. There is also plenty of recreation activity within 10 mile radius. Examples include- gulf greyhound dog track, armand bayou nature center, golfing, san jacinto battle field and battle ship texas, putt putt golf, the main event theater, bowling and arcades, etc. There are no refunds for early departuresany cancellations are subject to a $15 usd administrative fee!this is a fema certified property.

The downsides: It has a general air of seediness about it... dirty and badly worn carpet, very uncomfortable bed, threadbare sheets, bad smell, multiple bad repairs in bathroom, small thin towels, a desk...
Great location and price but you get what you pay for. Needs updates and better cleaning staff. The first thing you want is a clean room and items that do function.
