Don't stay here if you want to get burglarized! We stayed at the Parkway International Resort and our unit was burglarized and our personal property was stolen. The resort handled the situation in the most appalling manner. Ironically we were the only unit to get robbed and our unit was on the third floor, next door to security and across from the main lobby building. It took security 45 minutes and three phone calls before they showed up to our door. We had to ask to be moved to another unit rather than it being automatically offered to us. In addition, the new unit we were moved to - the kitchen window was unlocked - security issue yet again. The general manager didn't bother to contact us until two days later. The next day it wasn't until 10AM when security finally decided to check the broken into window of our unit. Furthermore, they were busy socializing with staff outside of the security building and staff was extremely rude to us the rest of our stay. I had to pay to cut my trip short in light of things that were taken. Of course their insurance said they were not liable which didn't surprise us at all. Be careful about staying here.

We were extremely happy with our room. We rented a 2 br. suite and loved it.
There was plenty of room for 5 people (3 adults & 2 kids). The room was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

We had read some reviews on another website and had some concerns however upon arriving we were more than pleased with our reception and our room. The hotel staff was courteous and friendly, Bill made our reservation for us for the Luau at Seaworld and a lovely lady named Kimber was full of information and knowledge. Very kind girl. Our room was fantastic (#305)Huge and very clean, very efficient amenities, lots of room for 4 people, newly remodeled, comfortable beds. Fantastic location off of 192 and I4, close driving distance to anything you needed to get to, Disney, Seaworld, Mcdonalds, Krispy Kreme donuts, Subway, KFC, shopping-target, old town, and wallmart. Would definitely stay here again. We made use of the pool area and tennis courts,etc.
