Horrible
The pictures are soooo misleading! First of all there is no pool--there is a square concrete hole filled with dirt! 2nd, rooms were dirty-rotten fruit in fridge, all kinds of random stuff in the floor! Mattress was horrible! Staff was not friendly!...
27 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The woman at the front desk was not helpful and we had a scan card to get into our room that did not work. I could not find our room at first and the staff did not even know where it was. The place was old and worn out, but we got a good deal, so we stayed.
I am not likely
to return to the Days Inn Gatlinburg-Downtown.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Mediocre
This place has continually gotten worse over the years that I've stayed here. It once was a decent place to stay because of location. I'm sure there are better places to stay price wise.

Horrible
rooms were dirty,very small were suppose to be non-smoking rooms, but they smelled like smoke, pool was dirty, lobby was smoked filled even though there was a sign posted that said "no smoking" staff was not friendly at all, pictures posted on web...
